Officer Brewer
Biography
Voice: Chris Koehne.
Officer Brewer’s legal name is Jesse Brewer. The character is loosely inspired by a real-life former Oklahoma police officer who arrested voice actor Kevin Loveless multiple times between 2009 and 2012, and his on-screen personality is based on that officer - portrayed as harsh, condescending, and deeply corrupt.
Personality
Brewer is abrasive and smug, using a condescending tone to throw his authority around and get under people’s skin. He’s the kind of cop who treats every interaction like a power play, escalating situations on purpose and acting like he’s above consequences. Beneath the badge, he’s shown to be crooked and opportunistic - more interested in control and self-interest than doing the right thing.
