Victoria Whitson

Biography

Victoria Whitson was hired in March 2022 as the first voice of Chrystal Copeland for RACER GIRL (2022). She originally auditioned for Irene Falkenberry, but her voice was not close enough to the character’s established sound. Because Chrystal was a brand-new character, the role was offered to Victoria instead - and she ultimately landed it.

Chrystal’s overly cute, innocent personality developed over time through Victoria’s performance. Victoria already had a naturally higher-pitched voice, and she deliberately pushed Chrystal’s line delivery in a cuter direction - gradually pitching her voice up a bit more over time while playing the character. When Victoria first voiced Chrystal, the character didn’t yet have a defined personality, which is especially noticeable in RACER GIRL.

Victoria was also the story consultant of A Symphony Of Two, a project she and Rylee Simpson were writing together.

Victoria departed the role of Chrystal on February 11th, 2024.
